She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Cunningham and Charles Cunningham; her husband Jack Webber; her siblings, Sonny Cunningham, Lloyd Simmons, Loraine Bare, Peggy Buck, Barbara Wendell and Thomas Cunningham; her granddaughter Brittany Rhoton; and her son-in-law Wayne Spencer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Moulton, Angela Foutz, Debbie Worrell (Darrell), Rhonda Bennett, Donna Spencer and Melissa Oliver; her grandchildren, Wayne Saunders (Christy), Angel Reynolds, Jasmine "JayJay" Thompson, Race Foutz, Jaclyn Foutz and Mekayla Kellis; her great grandchildren, Aiden Rhoton, Cayleigh Reynolds, Austin Saunders, Jordan Saunders and Maddi Foutz; and her siblings, Mary Dillon, Richard Simmons, Robert Cunningham and Clifton Cunningham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
