She is survived by: her sons, Matt Carter and Mark Carter of Bluefield; her granddaughter Hannah Carter (Virginia) of Bluefield; her siblings, Jo Ann Henry (Claude) of Roanoke and Kenneth Widener (Adam) of Bluefield; and her pet Dusty. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, countless friends.
