He was predeceased by: his wife Melinda Dobbins Underwood; and his mother Offiley Underwood. He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Jenni Underwood), Doug (Donna Underwood) and Kevin Underwood (Emma Cox); his grandchildren, Vanessa (Julian Stewart), Brandon (Lindsey Underwood), Brittany (Cameron Williams), Justin Underwood, Zachary Moore and Ashley Moore; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Laurel Stewart; his brother Joe; and his sister-in-law Loretta Underwood. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
