He was predeceased by: his parents, George Flanagan and Alene Flanagan; and his siblings, Michael, Andrew Flanagan, Barbara and Laura Flanagan.
He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha Eanes (Larry Collins); his siblings, Rose Leftwich, Faye Lee, Charlie Flanagan and Richard Flanagan (Juanita); his grandsons, Kyle Eanes and Kenny Collins; and his friends, Becky Underwood, Donna Lily and Herman Wright.
