David Hammond Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Hammond (Elliston, Virginia), who passed away on February 5, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend D. Kirk Hammond and Mary Stewart Hammond; and his brother Dallas Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hammond; his son Chris (Leslie); and his stepchildren, Aimee (Marcus) and Eric. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and many other beloved aunts, siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Roanoke Rescue Mission in his honor.
