He was predeceased by: his parents, David Andrew and Kathleen Alice Duncan Collins; and his sister Doris Ann Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Donna G. Collins of Shawsville; his sons, Dustin A. Collins of Shawsville and David Slavicek of Texas; and his brothers, Duck Collins (PJ) of Blacksburg and Mike Collins (Pam) of Elliston.
