He was predeceased by: his parents, Taulbee Gilbert and Eva Pryor Gilbert; his former wife Alma Lee Gilbert; his wife Barbara Lee Gilbert; his son Bobby Lee Gilbert; and his siblings, Jimmy, Ernie, Billy, Roger Gilbert, Peggy Songer and Mary Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alice Theis (Butch), Lori Duncan and Kathy Campbell; his grandchildren, Jessica, Travis, Brandon, Amy, Timmy, Andy, Chris and Robin; and his sister Pat Main. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
