It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Cook Etter (Elliston, Virginia), who passed away on May 29, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Preston Cook and Lena Hendricks Cook. She is survived by: her husband Everett G. Etter (Dusty) of Elliston; her daughters, Becky Gardner (Randy) of Christiansburg, Kathy Pannell of Shawsville and Terry Poff (Terry) of Elliston; and her sister Mildred Wheeler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Joy Ranch Children's Home in Hillsville, VA, or Bible Baptist Church in Christiansburg.
