She is survived by: her husband William "Billy" P. Dwyer; her son Richie Bowers; and her siblings, Sandra Bowers (Mike), Bonnie Shackelford (Wheatley) and Jeff Bowers (Brenda). She is also survived by 10 nephews, four nieces; and 24 great nieces and nephews.
