He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Heflin and Ethel Cropp Heflin; and his wife Ruby Heflin. He is survived by: his children, Debi Bowman (Charles) of Elkwood and Mark Heflin (Tammy) of Stafford; his grandchildren, Amber Repass (J. D.), Kristen Crane (Brent) and Shalynn Heflin; and his great grandchildren, Shelby, Wyatt Repass and Ellie Crane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
