Breeden; her daughter Brenda Davis (Dallis); her son-in-law Donald L. Cook; her grandchildren, Teresa Atkins (Jeremy), Lisa Davis and Doug Eppard; her great grandchildren, Brittany Davis, Haley Hensley and Shawn Eppard; her great great grandchildren, Kaiden Davis-Breeden and Gage Hensley; her siblings, Pearl Eppard and Leonard "Billy" Lam (Rose); her brother-in-law Robert Dean; and also Beverly Eppard Samuels.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hensley's United Methodist Church, Elkton Rescue Squad or Elkton Fire Department.
