He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wilson and Arbutus Pearl Mowbray; and his sister Connie Mowbray Lam. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Barbara Mowbray; his son Bobby Breeden; his stepson Norman Corbin (Heather); his grandchildren, Katrice Corbin, Kayla Corbin and Dekay Corbin; and his brothers, Donnie Mowbray (late Delores), Lenard Mowbray (Sharon), Jerry Mowbray and Keith Mowbray (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
