He was predeceased by: his parents, John Irvin and Vivian Frances Richards Campbell; and his siblings, John "Jake" Campbell, Jr., Bruce Wayne Campbell, Dennis Campbell and Marie Frances McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynn Roadcap Campbell; his daughter Katie Painter (Brian) of Stanley; his stepchildren, Amberlie Felty of Lyndhurst and Nathaniel Bragg; and his siblings, William "Junior" Richards of Luray, Jerry Lee Campbell of Stanley, Peggy Campbell of Stanley and Connie Brady of Luray. He is also survived by five granddaughters; one grandson and several nieces and nephews.
