He is survived by: his wife Betty Gooden Roach; his daughters, Rita Meadows (Jonathan) and Tina Clary (Ronald) of Shenandoah; his grandchildren, Amber Shifflett (Matthew) of Shenandoah and Jonathan Meadows (Heather) of Elkton; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Abel, Lilly and Sophie; his pet Tiger; and his siblings, Junior Roach of Shenandoah, Freddy Roach (JoAnn), Buddy Roach (Betty) of Elkton, Gerry Roach of Farmville, Margie Lam, Maxine Mowbray of Elkton, Lois Shifflett (Leon), June Shifflett (Herbert) and JoAnn Shifflett (Elwood) of Stanardsville, VA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.
