She was predeceased by: her parents, Lurty Lawson and Lydia Shifflett Lawson; her son-in-law Daniel King; her siblings, Otis Lawson, Elmer Lawson and Clarice Smith; and her spouse D. L. Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Ann Davis of Elkton and Terry Davis King of Elkton; and her grandchildren, Raven D. King (Vandon) and Morgan Davis King. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
