He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Lee and Lena Eaton Hines; his siblings, Roger Hines and Mary Kiser; and his brother-in-law Ronnie See.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Dean Hines; his son Thomas E. Hines II (Dana Morris); his sisters, Frances Baugher (Garland), Elizabeth Orebaugh (Steve), Bonnie Hines and Sandra Shifflett; his grandchildren, Layney Elizabeth Louise Hines and Kenley Keyera Hines; and his uncle Kenneth Hines (Kitty). He is also survived by cousins, sisters and brothers in laws, and nieces and nephews.
