She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Ethel Rodgers Shifflett; her spouse Bennie Elwood Eppard; and her siblings, Ruth Hensley, Helen Lucas, Loretta Hensley, Edna Shifflett, Dorothy Shifflett, Earman Shifflett, Ervin Shifflett, Raymond Shifflett and Randall Shifflett.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Stoddard (Danny) of Elkton; her siblings, Reba Dean of Elkton, Irene Hensley (Mervil) of Elkton and Ralph Shifflett of Crimora; her grandson Brian Stoddard (Heather); her great grandchildren, Blake and Landon Stoddard; her grandsons, Daniel Beasley (Jessy) of Elkton and Dillon Hensley of Elkton; her sisters-in-law, Doris Shifflett of Mount Solon, Mary Shifflett of Tuttle, Oklahoma and Donna Samuels (Pete); her niece Krista; her nephew Billy; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Layla and Noah of Grottoes; and also Chase of Elkton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
