It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sylvia Lam of Elkton, Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Samuels and Mary Samuels; her husband Samuel "Leroy" Lam; her sister Lois "Jean" Eppard (Lonnie); and her great grandchild Jameson Lam.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Lam (Becky), Bruce Lam (Jeannie) and Tim Lam (Joanne); her sister Patsy Meadows (Fred); and her grandchildren, Jason Lam, Tony Lam, Jennifer Nesler, Aaron Lam, Matt Lam, Andrew Lam, Candice Shifflett, Shannon Midkiff, Eric Hypes and Cameron Hypes. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
