He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Lola Mae Neff Kline; his wife Joyce Hensley Kline; and his siblings, Arthur, Frank Kline and Lucy Orndorff.
He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Kline (Shirley) and Robin Hicks (Leland "Bud); his sister-in-law Carolyn Meadows; his foster daughters, Linda Bartley and Vicki Williams; his grandchildren, Bethany Brasher (Ben), Amy Shinneman (Jeff) and William "Neal" Hicks (Danielle); and his great grandchildren, Miley Shinneman, Lindsay Shinneman, Hallie Shinneman, Reuben Brasher, Chloe Shinneman and Aubree Ritchie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
