She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey L. Mowbray and Beulah Mae Mowbray (Campbell); her sons, Randolph T. "Tommy" Hammer, Jr. and Gregory A. Hammer; and her siblings, George A. Mowbray, Joyce McDonaldson, Gwendolyn Besendorfer and Audrey Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey L. Hammer (Brenda) of Elkton and Sharon D. Konstant (Jeff) of Elkton; her brother-in-law Robert M. Hammer Jr. of Elkton; her daughter-in-law Peggy Hammer of McGaheysville; her sister Betty Hopkins of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Kevin Hammer, Jonathan Hammer, Adam Konstant, Andrea Konstant, Alexandra Konstant, Raven Hammer and Kristie Hammer. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
