She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie W. Jones and Gennet Brown Jones; her siblings, Ernest Jones James Jones, William Jones, Charles Jones, Sr., Owen Jones, Lula Jones, Dorothy Moton and Wanda Lawson; her grandson Nicholas Butler; and her siblings-in-law, Harriet Broaden, Eleanor Jones, Geneva Jones, Oletha Jones, Demetrius Jones, Alfonzo Moton, Sr., Garfield Banks, Sr. and Joshua Lawson.

She is survived by: her husband Benjamin F. Toliver of Elkton; her daughters, Mary M. Madden (Jerome) of Keezletown and Christine T. Butler (Samuel II) of Elkton; her siblings, Edith Banks of Elkton, Margaret Wright (Victor) of Illinois and Tommy Jones (Barbara) of Harrisonburg; her grandchildren, Anthony Madden (Alisha), Devon Butler and Javon Butler; and her siblings-in-law, Vera Atwell (Douglas) of Houston, Lucy Rhodes of Washington, D. C., Sharon Rogers (Johnny) of Temple Hills, Beatrice Jones of Gainesville and Harvey Toliver (Dorothy) of Chesterfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
