It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Meadows (Elkton, Virginia), born in Luray, Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Mary Virginia Shifflett Housden and Junior Housden; her spouse David Lee Meadows; her daughters, Deborah Kirchner (Josh) of Elkton and Sarah Meadows of Elkton; her sisters, Lois Sly (Steve), Teresa Tumer (Doug), Kay Harrison (Lamar), Janet Hedrick (Mike) and Melinda Robinson (Tony); her granddaughters, Kimberly Meadows, Hailey Kirchner, Ruthie Meadows and Isabelle Meadows; and her sister-in-law Becky Clark (Wayne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
