He is survived by: his parent Eliza Ann Shifflett Lam; his spouse Betty Frances Lam; his nieces and nephews, Wesley Lam (Teresa), Charlie Lam (Windy), Vivian Ann and Jo Ann; and also Vicky Vergara.
