She is survived by: her son Brent "Boo" Clements (Melissa); her grandson Nick Clements (Macayla); her great grandchildren, Sadie and Brady; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Clements and Olivia Clements; her daughter Wanda Eppard (Jerry); her grandchildren, Christa Eppard and Lee Eppard; her daughter Cindy Rodgers; her grandchildren, David Taylor, Jessica Rodgers and Jennifer Rodgers; and her siblings, Jimmy Shifflett, Frances Herring, Margie Dean and Phyllis Propes.
