She is survived by: her parent Annie Lam Breeden; her spouse Welford Chalmer Meadows; her children, Jonathan Meadows and Patricia Tusing; her stepson Darrell Meadows; and her siblings, Wesley Breeden, Cletus Breeden and Elizabeth Weakley of Stanley. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
