Roland Joseph Nadeau Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Joseph Nadeau of Elkton, Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Joseph Nadeau and Maggie "Mamie" Boutout Nadeau; and his siblings, Theresa Davis, Richard Nadeau and Ray Nadeau.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Dean Nadeau; his children, Lisa Nadeau Moubray (Darrell) and Roland Junior Nadeau (Irene Aiello); his grandchildren, Michael D. Moubray (Amy), Shawn L. Moubray (Laurie), Amber J. Carrickhoff and Joseph R. "Joe" Carrickhoff; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Isabelle, Aiden, Ryelea, Jayden, Peyton and Dawsyn; his sisters, Rosella Nadeau and Rita Nadeau; and his caregivers, Roland, Jill, Lee and Sara.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Elkton (115 Nicholson Rd, Elkton, VA 22827). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elk Run Cemetery E. Spotswood.
The family would like to give many thanks to the caregivers that devoted their loving time and care to Roland during his journey with Parkinson's and Cancer; they are Pam Aldrich, Ann Rosson, Selena Lutz and Sharanda Breeden.
