He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Gertrude Breeden; and his siblings, Alma Snow and Lewin Breeden. He is survived by: his wife Paula Fay Breeden (Weaver); his children, Wendy McMillen (Aaron) of Elkton, Robert Breeden (Stephanie) of Shenandoah and Nicholas Breeden (Tabitha) of Shenandoah; and his sister Ethel "Lizzy" Lam of Harrisonburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
