He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray William and Ella Ree Lam; and his brother Bobby Lam. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lisa Dean; his daughters, Tabitha Workman (Adam) and Jessica Lam (Dylan Dove); his siblings, Wade Lam (Charlotte), Neal Lam, Jeff Lam (Mae), Deloris Lacey, Karen Hensley (Mark), Lorene Hammer (Allen) and Ellen Wiseman (Preston); and his grandchildren, Grayson, Dustin Workman and River Dove. He is also survived by numerous friends, family and co-workers.
