He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Lewis Shifflett and Odessa Monger Shifflett. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Darlene Shifflett (Billhimer); his sister Bonnie Hensley (Randy) of Elkton; and his friend Neil Mowbray of Elkton. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews.
