Robert Asberry Dean Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Asberry Dean of Elkton, Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lloyd and Mamie Ardena Lam Dean; his spouse Ora Geneva Breeden; his son Delmas Asberry Dean; his great grandchildren, Brittany and Autumn Shifflett; and his brothers, James Leon, Jerry Lee and Alden Lindbergh Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Echo Star, Robert Franklin Dean (Rosemary), Jarrette Arlo Dean (Annabelle), Joyce Atkins (Carroll) and Beverly Shifflett; his sisters, Edna Mae Hensley of Elkton and Betty Jean Eppard of Elkton; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Dean of Clover Hill. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 21 great-great grandchildren; and one great-great-great granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
