She is survived by: her children, Thomas Robert Phelps, IV, Lacey Shifflett (Junior), Rebel Riha (David), Star Thompson (Craig) and Melissa Gann; and her sisters, Samantha St. John and Pumpkin Gaither. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
