She was predeceased by: her parent Fred Meadows; her sons, Larry Breeden and David Breeden; her siblings, Welford Meadows, Eugene Meadows, Iva Hensley, Lena Hammer and Norma Jean Lam; and her grandson Jason Breeden.
She is survived by: her parent Addie Lam Meadows; her spouse Elvin R. Breeden; her son Elwood "Wayne" Breeden (Evelyn) of Elkton; her siblings, Dennis Meadows, Dewell Meadows, Leona Breeden and Lorraine Shifflett; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Shifflett, Bradley Breeden, Brandon Breeden, Jessica Breeden, David Breeden, Candace Shenk, Stacey Sanchez and Mindy Lopez. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
