He was predeceased by: his parents, Braxton Dixon and Mary Nichols Holland; and his wife Betty Jean King. He is survived by: his children, Teresa K. Morris and Randall L. "Randy" Holland, Jr. (Katy) of Elkton; and his brother Braxton Holland of Waldorf, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
