He is survived by: his parents, Herman Lee and Mamie Shifflett Baugher; his sisters, Thelma Shifflett, Madeline Shifflett of Elkton and JoAnn Shifflett (Rudolph) of Dyke; and his sister-in-law Sharon Fielding (John) of Elkton. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
