He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Dean and Bessie Dean (Shifflett); and his brother-in-law Dahley Dean. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hensley Dean; his son Thomas Dean (Megan) of Elkton; his siblings, Alvin Dean (Carolyn) of Ohio, Delmas Dean (Loretta) of Elkton and Arvonia Dean of Elkton; his grandchildren, T. J., Taygen and Taizley Dean; and his close friends, Galen Eppard and Nicky Dunivan.
