She is survived by: her sons, Terry L. Samuels (Sharon) of Elkton and Leslie A. Samuels (Roselyn) of McGaheysville; her grandchildren, Josh Samuels (Becky Shenk May), Jessica Samuels (Drew Breeden), Mendy Chase (Chris), Ashley Long (Jeff) and Weston Samuels; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Jadynn, Audrey, Eli, Brooklyn, Zane, Hartlie and Conner. She is also survived by niece and two nephews.
