He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howe, Sr. and Nola Jean Howe; and his brother Robert "Buddy" Howe, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Diane McDaniel Howe; his sister Beth Howe; his stepmother Lois L. Howe; his stepchildren, Jeremy, Allen Meadows and Christal Meadows; his stepbrother Jeff Heatwole; his aunt Karen Rider; and his granddaughter Willow Meadows.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset unexpected funeral expenses.
