He is survived by: his parent Fannie Lam Dean; his significant other Excavating; his spouse Lucille Hensley; his daughters, Karen Lam of Elkton and Kathy Ulrich (Eric) of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Jonathan Lam of Elkton, Jeremy Lam of Elkton, Stacey Breeden (Tracey) of Elkton, Elizabeth Carew of New Jersey and Daniel Ulrich (Julie) of New Jersey; his great grandchildren, Alexandria Carew of New Jersey, Benjamin Carew of New Jersey, Abigail of New Jersey, Elsie of New Jersey, Iris of New Jersey, Ophelia Ulrich of New Jersey, Matthew May (Katie) of Penn Laird, Ryan May (Stephanie) of Grottoes, Brooke Erbaugh (Kyle) of Grottoes, Mason Breeden of Grottoes and Hunter Breeden of Grottoes; and his siblings, Harry Dean, Willard Dean (Maggie) and Edith Moubray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
