She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Reed and Myrtle Cubbage Reed; her husband Charles Earman Shifflett; her children, Joyce Williams Meadows and Junior Lee Shifflett; her brothers, R. Denzle Reed, Kinzy Reed and Kenneth Reed; her grandson Casey Shifflett; and her great grandchild Caleb Shifflett.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "James" Shifflett (Barbara) of Shenandoah, Julian F. Shifflett (Odessa) of Shenandoah, Ernest M. Shifflett (Sharon) of Shenandoah and Bobby E. Shifflett (Donna) of Shenandoah; and her brother Truman Reed (Peggy). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
