He is survived by: his son William "BeeBop" Meadows (Anne) of Elkton; his daughter-in-law Juanita G. Meadows; his grandchildren, Donna Shifflett (Kevin), Wade E. Meadows (Angie), William C. Meadows, Timothy Lee Meadows and Kevin W. Meadows (Melody); his brother Paul Meadows; his great grandchildren, Chasity, Brittany, Alexis, Bentley, Remington and Ruger; and his great great grandchildren, Todd, Cameron, Peyton, Olivia and Gracelynn.
Facial covering and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
