He was predeceased by: his daughter Emily Renee Breeden. He is survived by: his parents, Edward A. Breeden and Mary Shifflett Breeden; his wife Peggy Frazier Breeden; his children, Michael Colby Breeden (Melanie Smith Breeden) and Kelly Breeden (Doug Hammer); his granddaughters, Madison Jade Voight (Dylan Eppard), Reagan Emily Voight (Matthew Fries), Kennedy Mary Lee Voight and Irie Elizabeth Hammer; his foster daughters, April Breeden and Crystal Williams; his grandson Dakota Lee Clifton; and his brother Danny Breeden (Korena Carroll Breeden).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Elkton (115 Nicholson Rd, Elkton, VA 22827). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
