She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawter and Marion Kerrick Lawter; and her brother Lester Lawter. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Thomas "Pete" Dean; her daughters, Shayla Walters (Chad) of Frederick, MD and Tina Dean of Elkton; her siblings, Rusty Lawter (Barbara) and Paula Lawter of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Keira Walters and Connor Walters.
