With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Edward Shifflett (Elkton, Virginia), born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2019 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lawrence and Merle Elizabeth Collier Shifflett. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lavonne Shifflett; and his daughters, Jackie L. Myers, Shannon Shifflett and Alma Babbitt (Gary). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
