He is survived by: his children, Natasha Lam of Staunton, Emily Davis (Spenser) of Grottoes, Elizabeth Lam of New Market, Greg Chilafoux (Nikki) of Verona, Shannon Lam (Sarah) of Timberville and Michael Long of West Virginia; his stepson Ricky Smith of Staunton; his siblings, Jay Lam, Walter Lam, Carl Lam, Archie Lam, Carolyn Lam, Vivian Atwell and Vicky Knott; and his close friends, Dwayne and Patrick Carpenter. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; first great-grandchild.
