He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Eric Simmons and Stasha Dawn Tilley; his grandmothers, Monte Shifflett (Ronda) of Elkton and Debbie Shifflett of Hinton Va; his siblings, Justin, Mikey, Brayden, Lexi and Amelia; his uncle Jeremy Turner; his aunt Katie Shifflett; and his son Grayson Bentley Simmons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
