We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2019, at the age of 83, Joseph Waff Shifflett (Elkton, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his children, Dawn Elizabeth Shifflett and Jody Shifflett; his siblings, Charles, Bobby Shifflett, Sr. and Selina Shifflett; and his wife Mary Lou Grimsley Shifflett.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Shifflett (Dawn) of Elkton and Thomas "Tucker" Shifflett of McGaheysville; and his grandchildren, Tommy, Brandon Shifflett and English Hilbert (Nathan). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
