He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Kite and Sandy Kite; his siblings, Timothy Kite (Tiffany) and Debra Lam (Richard); his nieces and nephews, Trent Kite, Taite Kite, Joe Lam, Riley Cubbage, Ashley Hensley, Lindsay Lam and Madalyn Cubbage; and his close friends, Randy Bailey and Rich Thompson. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
