She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Sampselle Davis and John Davis; her husband Charles Wayne Shifflett; her sons, Brandon Scott Shifflett and Joey Lee Shifflett; her brother John "Rusty" Davis; her close friend Christine Hupp; and her grandchildren, Joshua Todd Shifflett and Skylar Harrison Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Lynn Smiley, Margaret Ann (Barry Bowman) and Freddie Lee Sipe Jr. (Geneva Sipe); her sisters, Jeanne (David Kirby) and Grace (John Smith); and her close friends, Dorothy Shuey, Dixie and Thomas. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
