He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Eppard and Arbutus Eppard; his daughter Lisa Eppard Hinkle; his siblings, Johnny Eppard, Helen Dunivan and Hilda Shifflett; and his great grandchild Gavin Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Lam Eppard; his brothers, Larry, Carl, Alton, Galen, Melvin and Danny Eppard; his granddaughters, Heather and Jessica Eppard; and his great grandchildren, Zander and Athena Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
