He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Eppard and Gladys Hensley Eppard; and his siblings, Eugene Eppard, Lonnie Eppard, Berlon Eppard, Hensel Eppard, Beulah Lam and Beatrice Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rudolph Eppard; his children, Jesse R. Eppard, Jr. (Sarah Pettit Eppard), Markley Hidde (Jeff) and Lori Eppard; his siblings-in-law, Betty Jean Eppard, Randolph Lam and Charlie Lynn; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Hannah, Matthew, Benjamin, Emily, William and Caroline; and his great grandchild Marshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In keeping with COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines, face coverings will be required and social distancing is encouraged.
